Definitions

Agreement – Refers to the legally binding contract between the client and Hire-Python-Developers.com. This includes the signed project proposal and any supporting documentation relevant to the engagement.
Client Content – All text, images, files, and materials provided by the client for incorporation into the project deliverables.
Deliverables – The work products and outcomes specified in the project proposal, created and delivered by Hire-Python-Developers.com.
Final Deliverables – The completed output of services provided, including but not limited to candidate profiles, assessment reports, and any other materials delivered to the client upon project completion.
Project – The specific recruitment or staffing assignment conducted under the terms of the agreement between the client and Hire-Python-Developers.com.
Tools – Any software, code, design elements, development frameworks, or other resources used or developed during the course of the project.
Services – The consulting, development, recruitment, or related professional services provided by Hire-Python-Developers.com, as detailed in the agreement.
Third-Party Materials – Any external content, software, or tools (e.g., stock images, licensed platforms) that are integrated into or utilized during the project.

Services Provided

Hire-Python-Developers.com agrees to deliver development services according to the approved work plan, timelines, and milestones.

Proposal and Scope of Work

Validity of Terms: Proposals remain valid for 30 days from the date of submission. After this period, Hire-Python-Developers.com may revise and resubmit updated terms for approval.The project scope is strictly defined in the proposal. Any work outside the agreed scope requires written approval.

Compensation and Payment Terms

Fees and Expenses

Project Fees – The agreed price covers only the development services outlined in the proposal.
Additional Costs – Third-party expenses (e.g., software licenses, hosting fees, or APIs) are billed separately.
Taxes – All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Out-of-Pocket Expenses – Any reasonable expenses incurred will be billed at cost.

Payment Schedule

Invoices – Payments are due within five (5) days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Milestones – Payments follow the milestones specified in the proposal.

Scope Changes

Change Requests – Any modifications must be submitted in writing. A revised cost and timeline will be provided within five (5) business days.
Minor Changes – Billed at the standard hourly rate in addition to agreed fees.
Major Changes – Changes affecting more than 20% of the original budget or timeline require a new proposal.

Project Delays

Client Delays – If the client does not provide necessary materials or approvals on time, milestones will be adjusted accordingly.
Hire-Python-Developers.com Delays – Clients will be notified of any delays via email.
Uncontrollable Events – Delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, regulatory actions) do not constitute a breach of contract.

Evaluation and Acceptance

Testing – All deliverables undergo testing to ensure functionality and compliance with best practices.
Approval – Clients have seven (7) business days to review each milestone. Revision requests must be submitted in writing.

Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete content in the agreed format.
Review and approve materials promptly; additional corrections may incur extra charges.
Make timely decisions regarding third-party resources and approvals.

Accreditation and Promotion

Credit – Hire-Python-Developers.com reserves the right to include a credit hyperlink on final deliverables unless waived in writing.
Portfolio Use – Completed work may be showcased in our portfolio or marketing materials.
Public Acknowledgment – Both parties may describe their involvement in the project with mutual approval.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the project.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or legally obtained from third parties.

Business Relationships

Subcontractors: We may use trusted subcontractors while remaining responsible for overall delivery.
Non-Exclusive Agreement: Both parties are free to engage with other clients or vendors.
Independent Status: We act as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, or partner of the client.

Liability

The maximum liability of Hire-Python-Developers.com is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services.
All services are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.
Modifications or derivative works require prior written consent from Hire-Python-Developers.com.

Post-Delivery Support

Basic post-delivery support is included.
Extended or ongoing support is available at our standard hourly rates.
Third-party modifications void any warranty for technical support.

Modifications to Term

Hire-Python-Developers.com may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
